About

A digital front door for UK healthcare.

TriageNix Group is a UK-based health-tech company building the smart digital front door for hospitals, clinic groups, primary care networks and private healthcare providers. We combine clinical safety standards with conversational AI to triage patients to the right level of care, faster — reducing pressure on frontline services worldwide.

Founded by clinicians, engineers and healthcare digital-transformation specialists, we work hand-in-hand with hospitals, clinic groups, primary care networks and private clinics to deliver triage that is safe by design, compliant with relevant regulations, and genuinely useful to overstretched clinical teams.

Our mission

Reduce pressure on GP, 111 and A&E with safety-first AI triage that meets UK standards.

Our standards

DCB0129 clinical safety, MHRA SaMD Class IIa pathway, UK GDPR, WCAG 2.2.

Our model

35% of UK profits reinvested into African healthcare initiatives.

Why we exist

Health systems worldwide handle enormous patient volumes every day — in the UK alone, the NHS handles more than a million patient contacts. Demand is rising faster than capacity, and patients increasingly enter the system through the wrong door — booking a GP appointment for something that could be self-managed, or waiting hours in A&E for a condition that an urgent treatment centre could resolve. TriageNix exists to route every patient to the right level of care, the first time, using AI that is rigorously evaluated against UK clinical safety standards.

What we believe

  • Safety first — when in doubt, escalate.
  • Clinicians are the experts. AI summarises, never decides.
  • Patients deserve clear, plain-English next steps.
  • Data privacy is non-negotiable.
  • Healthcare innovation should benefit everyone, not just wealthy markets.

Our team

TriageNix Group brings together clinicians, digital programme leads, AI safety researchers and product engineers who have shipped regulated health software in the UK and EU. Our clinical safety officer is a practising GP, and our engineering team has prior experience at organisations building tools used in primary and urgent care.

Standards and assurance

We build to the standards health systems expect of any supplier handling patient data and influencing clinical decisions. Read our public assurance pages:
