Meet Nia — the AI voice receptionist that ends the 8am call rush

Patients call as they always have. Nia answers on the first ring in natural British English, captures their reason for the call, screens for red flags, and routes them across the same 4-tier disposition model used by our web and WhatsApp triage. A human clinician reviews every outcome.

Kills the 8am queue
Nia answers unlimited concurrent calls, so no patient hears the engaged tone or waits on hold for 40 minutes.
Safety-first by design
Every call screens for red flags. Suspected emergencies are told to dial 999 within seconds — never queued, never delayed.
One brain, three channels
Voice, WhatsApp and web triage share the same 4-tier disposition model, audit trail and clinician review queue.
