NHS triage software
NHS triage software for GP, 111 and urgent care.
- DCB0129 clinical safety case maintained per release
- MHRA SaMD Class IIa pathway, with hazard log and clinical risk management plan
- FHIR UK Core, GP Connect, NHS login and EMIS / SystmOne write-back
- UK-region hosting, UK GDPR data-processor agreement and DPIA pack
- WCAG 2.2 accessible, multilingual, available 24/7 over web and WhatsApp
What it is
Who it's for
- Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) consolidating digital triage across a system
- GP federations and PCNs absorbing same-day demand
- Urgent treatment centres and out-of-hours providers
- Private GP, occupational health and insurance-backed clinics
How it works
Patient describes symptoms on web, mobile or WhatsApp. AI asks structured follow-ups with red-flag awareness.
Output is mapped to self-care, GP, urgent care or 999 with rationale and audit trail.
Clinicians receive a SOAP-format summary in EMIS / SystmOne — or via the TriageNix dashboard.
Wait-time reduction, triage volume and severity mix exportable for ICB and CQC reporting.
FAQ
Is TriageNix NHS-aligned?
Yes. TriageNix is built to NHS Digital standards: DCB0129 clinical safety case, MHRA SaMD Class IIa pathway, FHIR UK Core, NHS login, GP Connect and the DTAC assessment criteria.
Does it replace NHS 111?
No. TriageNix is a digital front door that sits in front of GP, 111 and urgent care. Patients are routed to self-care, GP, urgent care or 999 based on red-flag-aware AI triage; clinicians retain decision authority.
Which clinical systems do you integrate with?
EMIS Web (write-back), TPP SystmOne (SystmConnect), GP Connect (read), NHS login, FHIR UK Core. See our integration page for sandbox availability and timelines.
How quickly can an ICB pilot launch?
Most pilots launch in 6–10 weeks. Read-only integrations (GP Connect, NHS login) typically take 2–6 weeks; EMIS / SystmOne write-back takes 6–10 weeks once partner credentials are issued.
Where is patient data stored?
UK-region cloud, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). TriageNix is a data processor under UK GDPR and does not persist full GP records — only the triage session and a minimal reference ID.
